POLICE
Local police play a vital role in the success of the PAV initiative. PAV works together with police to provide an effective mechanism for reporting instances of antisocial behaviour.
Residents and businesses in the Clarkson area are encouraged to report all instances of vandalism and other antisocial behaviour to local police on 1800 333 000. The police have agreed to provide a reward of $100 to informants should an arrest result from information received on this number.
PAV aims to assist police by increasing awareness of antisocial behaviour and co-operating with them to provide better outcomes for the local community. The police are involved in PAV's education program in local schools, promoting the benefits to the community of responsible behaviour and encouraging young people to form a positive relationship with them.
